YOUR ROLE: As an HR Generalist, you'll be a key player in our HR team, making a real impact in the Nordics region and acting as a back up for the Baltics. Your focus will be on managing the employee lifecycle, handling employment relations, and collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless HR operations. You'll work closely with the Chief Administration Office team, driving initiatives like onboarding, offboarding, and continuous improvement of self-services. Plus, you'll oversee HR data accuracy and support operational reporting. This role offers growth opportunities and a clear career path in HR. This position can be located in Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland. WHO YOU ARE: University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field. 3-5 years of professional HR experience across the employee lifecycle, preferably as a Generalist or in an HR admin role. Familiarity with HR system management; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus. Strong customer focus with a pragmatic, tech-savvy approach to problem-solving. Proficient in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish. Proficient in English. Results-oriented with a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
