Headquartered in Arizona, OEM is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a full-time position based in our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office. Pre-employment background and drug screening are required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to employees on various HR related topics and respond to routine HR questions including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation, and workers compensation. Assist in the development and implementation of employee policies, practices, and procedures. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Source for viable candidates for open positions. Assist with new hire onboarding process. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining HR data and records. Support payroll processing and administration. Review policies and practices to maintain compliance. Participate in new hire orientation. Administer training programs as needed. Participate in the development, interpretation and communication of human resources items. Assist in the oversight of performance reviews, worker’s compensation, and administration of benefits. Manage the on-line HRIS onboarding and employee portal Assist in annual EEO-1 and affirmative action plan reporting Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience including experience with recruitment activities. Payroll processing experience a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Detail oriented and organized with strong ability to see projects to completion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
