JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled HR Generalist/Operations professional with proven experience in a factory setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing factory staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations to foster a productive and engaged workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
