Responsibilities

· Ensuring any compliance requirements linked to HR and any GDPR HR specific data is compliant to our policies
· Supporting our compliance team with audits, ensuring right to work & DBS checks are carried out in a timely manner
· Ensuring that any changes to legislation are reported to the Operational Board and BOD in a timely manner
· Developing monthly reporting to provide Head of People with updates e.g. any formal processes in progress, Bradford factor, churn/employee turnover etc
· Reviewing all tasks, processes, policies and interactions to continually improve
· Using the lessons learnt framework that Opus has created to ensure we review issues that arise and learn from them
Salary £35-£38k pa DOE
