HR Generalist

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all the white- and blue-collar positions.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

• Handle employment contracts, work permits, visa documentation, and

• employee records.

• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit

• procedures.

• Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and end-of-service benefits.

• Support performance management, training, and employee development

• initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, administration, payroll, grievance.
