REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in human resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FMLA/OSHA regulations is required.
