We’re looking for a People Manager / People Ops Specialist to take full ownership of our day-to-day people operations. You’ll be the backbone of how our team runs - operationally sharp, ruthlessly organised, and deeply committed to making things work better, faster, and more effectively.
At Healf, we don’t apply processes for the sake of it. We build what makes sense for our people, pace, and performance. This role is about making things seamless, not slow. From onboarding and contracts to our office space and HR systems, you’ll ensure everything runs cleanly, simply, and at a high standard.
You’ll work closely with the Head of People (who leads on strategy, hiring bar, and culture) and be trusted to take ownership from day one. You are the heartbeat of our culture and the engine of our operational excellence.
