Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations - Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support - Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing - Reconcile monthly benefit statements - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases - Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills - Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Join our organization and become part of a culture that values growth, innovation, and employee well-being.
