Purpose of the role:

In this multifaceted key position, you will share professional responsibility for all HR matters within the administration with an HR colleague. You will support managers and employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle, promote professional development, and actively contribute to the further development of modern and future-oriented HR processes.

  • Supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Drafting of employment law documents, decrees, agreements and employment references
  • Responsibility for the job and classification plan
  • Assistance with personnel budgeting and payroll controlling
  • Coordination of the annual performance review, target setting and salary process
  • Overall responsibility for vocational training and the supervision of learners
  • Optimization and digitization of HR processes, tools and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with personnel regulations
  • Leading and supporting an employee in the HR department
  • Your profile:Federal certificate as an HR specialist or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, ideally in the public sector
  • Knowledge of public employment law is an advantage.
  • Experience in payroll and social security
  • Independent, structured and responsible work ethic
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • High social skills and assertiveness
  • Confident use of digital tools and modern HR processes
