In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing comprehensive HR systems to support talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture. REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in manufacturing organizations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analysis tools. Experience with German payroll systems and benefits administration. Strong skills in Excel, and HR analytics.
  • Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of German employment law, experience with collective bargaining agreements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, develop job descriptions, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to build a world-class team for sustainable food innovation.
  • Employee Onboarding & Development: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, coordinate training initiatives, and support career development planning. Create learning pathways that align with Project Eaden’s mission and rapid growth trajectory.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Manage employee lifecycle processes including contracts, benefits administration, and compliance with German employment law. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management & Employee Relations: Support performance review processes, facilitate difficult conversations, and provide guidance on employee relations issues. Partner with managers to address performance concerns and implement improvement plans.
  • Culture & Engagement Initiatives: Drive company culture initiatives that reinforce Project Eaden’s values and mission. Organize team events, employee surveys, and engagement activities that foster collaboration and purpose-driven work environment.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with German labor laws and company standards. Stay current with employment regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain legal compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics including turnover, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction. Prepare regular reports for leadership and use data insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to understand workforce needs, support organizational changes, and align HR initiatives with business objectives in the food technology sector.
