• Administer and maintain employee records and HRIS system
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Process payroll changes, PTO tracking, and provide basic benefits support
• Assist with training coordination and documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
• Support performance management processes and investigations as needed
