QUALIFICATION:
Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce (must have)
Bachelor*s degree (preferred)
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum 4 years experience in HR or administrative role in a fast-paced environment, preferably hospitality, culinary or aviation.
Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environments preferred.
SKILLS:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication for clear and professional interactions.
