Description Why This Role Matters This role is being added to strengthen the day-to-day execution of Human Resources within a growing manufacturing environment in California. The HR Generalist will serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on routine HR matters, helping to manage employee relations, performance processes, and compliance activities in a complex regulatory environment. This position is designed to bridge the gap between administrative HR support and strategic HR leadership—owning core HR processes while allowing the HR Manager to focus on higher-level initiatives, risk management, and organizational planning.
