Description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR management capacity.
Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Experience developing or updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and HR procedures.
Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is an asset.
