(2) DESCRIPTIONS

  • Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to optimize departmental performance and enhance employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and processes covering recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, staff movements, establishment, leave, payroll, and occupational health and safety (OHS).
  • Recruitment and On-boarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and on-boarding of staff and coordinate labour hire management, including liaison with agencies to recruit contractors and temporary staff.
  • Administrative Support: Deliver administrative and support services such as records management, HR correspondence, meeting and event management, and project documentation to facilitate smooth HR operations and project delivery.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Identify and analyse trends and issues related to the employee lifecycle to support informed decision-making. Prepare reports, submissions, and presentations as required.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases in compliance with administrative systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR practices and processes. Coordinate the delivery of HR projects aimed at enhancing HR initiatives and services.
  • Adhoc Duties: Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required.

(3) REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of systems and processes of work are developed and established across all HR functions.
  • For human resource management matters, sound, authoritative advice and support are provided in a timely manner across the department.
  • Able to process and prepare supporting documentary evidence of the progress and performance on people, culture and HR matters are in place.
  • Compliance with relevant legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience

(4) EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR
  • HR experience in logistics

(5) SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge in OHS
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
