HRBP experience will be advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel, PPT Basic understanding of payroll, compliance/ legal frameworks Must be willing to work on all 5 days of the week What You Bring As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations at one of our hub locations, driving core people practices, and enabling a high-quality employee experience for our India team. Your responsibilities will span multiple HR functions, with a strong focus on local execution and on-the-ground ownership. You will be the go-to person for all things people — from onboarding to policy implementation, culture building, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Offboarding: Seamless experience for all joiners/leavers, including documentation, system access, and culture onboarding HR Operations: Maintain employee records, leave management, compliance support (PF, Gratuity, etc.) Culture & Engagement: Plan team events, feedback rituals, pulse checks, employee connects. Manage & resolve employee relation issues, consult management and seek guidance where necessary. Performance & Development: Assist with OKRs, feedback cycles, and learning initiatives, PIP execution and process owner. Policy & Compliance: Help frame, communicate, and update HR policies as we scale. Provide support and guidance to business units in terms of interpreting HR Policy and Programmes. Team Pulse & Engagement: Conduct regular 1:1s with team members in India to identify areas of success, concern and opportunity Maintain Local Sanity for all HR Systems and Tools: Manage access, data integrity, and privacy settings on HR platforms such as Personio. Act as the first line of support for HR tech queries from the India team.
