Position Summary:    The HR Generalist supports the full spectrum of HR operations in Shape Shenyang, including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, compensation and performance processes, employee relations, and culture initiatives. This role ensures compliance with Chinese labor regulations and contributes to building a positive, high‑performing workplace aligned with Shape’s people and culture strategy. Duties include, but not limited to, the following:   * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation in compliance with Chinese * Administer attendance management, payroll coordination, and social insurance procedures. * Oversee probation reviews, employment contract renewals, and support the annual performance management cycle. * Strengthen employee engagement through culture initiatives, team‑building activities, CSR programs, and employer branding efforts. * Facilitate effective internal communication and support organizational transparency. * Coordinate New Hire Orientation and ensure a smooth integration experience. * Act as an HR business partner, supporting managers in addressing workforce challenges and providing practical HR solutions. * Handle general administrative tasks, such as business travel arrangements, office supplies management,canteen management and insurance coordination. * Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Preferred Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3–5 years of HR experience. * Strong knowledge of ChineseLabor Standards Act, social insurance procedures, and HR operational processes. * Business‑level English communication skills (spoken and written). * Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a diversified team. * The experience of social media and branding management is preferred.
