Key Responsibilities
A. alent Acquisition• End-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer & pre-onboarding.
B. Onboarding & Off-boarding• Issue employment contracts, prepare orientation packs, conduct induction.
C. Payroll & Benefits• Prepare monthly payroll inputs (OT, leave, claims, AWS, bonus) for external vendor.
D. Employee Relations & Policy• Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook and HR SOPs.
E. Compliance & Reporting• Ensure alignment with MOM, IRAS, CPF and PDPA regulations.
F. HR Projects• Lead initiatives such as e-HR rollout, employer-branding campaigns, and diversity & inclusion programmes.
