Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team during our night shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, supporting our employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage employee onboarding and orientation activities. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in performance management processes and employee relations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support training and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles. Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
