Drive the operational delivery of performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and reward processes, reinforcing accountability and high standards. Embed global HR frameworks with a pragmatic, locally relevant approach, ensuring consistency, compliance, and business alignment. Partner with managers on day-to-day employee matters, providing practical guidance and supporting early-stage employee relations cases, while escalating and partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner on more complex issues. Translate HR data into meaningful insights, building dashboards and reporting that inform decisions, highlight trends, and unlock productivity. Continuously challenge and improve HR processes, using technology, automation, and AI to simplify workflows, increase speed, and scale impact. Build and maintain clear, scalable operating procedures that enable consistency, efficiency, and a best-in-class HR service. Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, with the ability to generate and interpret data, reports, and insights. Solid employment law knowledge, with the confidence to apply it in a practical, commercially aligned way.
