We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Coordinator / Generalist to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Human Resources.

As a HR Coordinator / Generalist you’ll:

  • Promote a HR community of practice that contributes to strengthening business performance.
  • Support employee relations, engagement, and HR processes across three sites within the contract.
  • Coach and mentor operations teams in employee relations and talent management practices.
  • Act as a liaison between Sodexo HR, the client, and trade union representatives.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law.
  • Experience with trade union interactions and HR service delivery in a matrix organization.
