HR GENERALIST / SR. HR GENERALIST

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite, 5 days per week)
We are a fast-growing AI technology company headquartered in Mountain View, CA with operations in Irving, TX, redefining how companies hire talent. As a startup, we thrive on speed, resilience, and execution. We’re looking for a highly capable HR Generalist / Sr. HR Generalist who is driven, proactive, and ready to partner closely with the founders and leadership to help the business succeed in a competitive market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Legal or related field.
  • 3–10 years of HR experience (generalist capacity preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working 100% onsite in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities

This is not a “corporate HR” role. You’ll wear multiple hats, think on your feet, and directly impact the company’s survival and growth.

  • Co-own the full spectrum of HR operations with 2 other team members: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management.
  • Develop and refine people processes that fit a high-performance startup (no bureaucracy, no “fluff culture").
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices while keeping agility and speed.
