We currently offer the following onsite position at our office in Heerbrugg, reporting to the EMEA HR Operations Manager:

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees, line managers, and employment authorities on all local HR matters, including employment law, policies, benefits, work permits, withholding taxes, time tracking, and more
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland: manage new starters’ offers and onboarding, contract changes, leaver process administration, and exit interviews
  • Oversee the payroll process by providing all necessary and relevant data to the payroll contact each month, ensuring seamless payment of salaries and variables
  • Promote company culture initiatives and business process, for example, engagement and wellbeing, supporting annual talent and performance cycles, and actively participate in HR projects across EMEA

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Proven background in Human Resources (ideally 4 years +)
  • Good knowledge of Swiss HR processes and employment law
  • Detail orientated with a strong work ethic and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to prioritise workload is essential
  • Knowledge of Workday and Payroll administration (desirable but not essential, training will be provided)
