Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
Job Location: Synergy Group of Companies, London, Ontario.
Part Time Position: 1 day per week
Salary: TDB based on experience
Synergy Group is looking for an HR Generalist to support the Management and staff of their plant in London. There are 4 companies that are supported by this position.
The position is part time, usually 1-2 days per week depending on the needs of the business.
This position is responsible for working with Management and Staffing in the following areas:
Designing and posting Job positions
Interviewing & Hiring
Completing Reference Checks
Driving the Joint Health & Safety committee
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures
General knowledge of manufacturing health and safety
The ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Effective problem solving skills
We are looking for an individual with experience as an HR Generalist as well as Health and Safety experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
