We are currently seeking a hands-on and well-rounded HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of our HR function. This role combines end-to-end recruitment responsibilities with core HR operational support, acting as a key point of contact for employees and hiring managers. You will play an active role across talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, learning support, performance processes, and employee experience—helping ensure HR practices are consistently applied and deliver real value to the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and continuous improvement of the candidate experience Coordinate and deliver employee onboarding and orientation processes Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, documentation, HR systems, and employee data management Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions (policies, procedures, leave, HR processes) Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (electronic and physical) Support the implementation, communication, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures Coordinate internal training sessions, development initiatives, and HR-related workshops Support performance management processes and annual HR cycles Gather, track, and report data &key HR metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, turnover, onboarding effectiveness) Support Employee Surveys &Check-ins. Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention Support the organization of team-building activities, recognition initiatives, and well-being programs Provide support to payroll or benefits coordination in collaboration with external providers or internal stakeholders Requirements &Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition-focused role Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding processes Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle management Good knowledge of employment and labor laws Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g. , Workable) is a plus Strong organizational &numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc projects.
