Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing HR policies, facilitating the administration of employee benefits, and providing day-to-day operational support. In this role, the HR Generalist will ensure compliance with HR regulations, oversee HR management activities, and address employee concerns. The role also includes supporting the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance workplace engagement and productivity. Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Ability to ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in HR-related software and tools Prior experience in the MENA market is a plus Medical & Social Insurance Continuous Learning Opportunities
