Hiring: HR Generalist We’re looking for a HR Generalist to join us at Telia. I'm Rasa Ketvirte, leading People Support team, and I'm currently looking for a HR Generalist to join my team of professionals in Vilnius. This is an opportunity for those interested in the field of HR and enjoy helping others succeed! What you’ll do: Advise and support employees and managers across the Baltics and Nordics with HR-related issues via live chat and ticketing tool (ServiceNow). Work with HRIS system (Workday) for daily operations and issue resolution. Participate in the onboarding journey for new employees. Support colleagues in additional HR areas, including employee and organizational master data, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Contribute to common services assignments, expanding expertise and knowledge within the HR field. What will help you thrive in this role: The suitable candidate is solution-oriented, customer-centric, proactive and strong in communication and collaboration. Strong interest in HR and motivation to develop expertise in the field. Fluency in English (B2 level or higher). Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with Workday is considered an advantage.
