About the Role We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and support daily human resources operations. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resource systems (HRIS, ATS, and LMS), ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, administering benefits, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing timekeeping processes. Key Responsibilities * Administer and maintain HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness. * Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. * Assist with all employee life cycle processes, ensuring an outstanding employee experience. * Maintain compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. * Manage and troubleshoot timekeeping processes and systems. * Generate HR reports and provide analytical support. * Support HR projects as needed. Qualifications * BA or BS degree in Human Resources or related discipline * 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Coordinator role. Experience in a US environment is highly desirable. * 2+ years of experience with ADP administration (Workforce Now), is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems * Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Equal Opportunity Statement At Acuative, we believe our strength comes from our people—and that includes people from all backgrounds.
