MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 2+ years HR experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).
  • Experience using an HRIS and ATS
  • Excellent written communication and verbal with ability to interact effectively across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, hit deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PHR certification
  • Experience with benefits, employee relations with hourly and salaried teammates
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Kronos
    Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
