This has already been completed in some geographies across Europe, including Poland in October 2025. Further Easter European countries will follow in 2026. Turner and Townsend in Eastern Europe are now expanding their HR team and are seeking a professional HR Generalist in Poland. This is a generalist and hands-on role, reporting into the Eastern Europe HR Lead, located in Warsaw, Poland. Preferred start date: 1 December 2025 Key tasks Full scope of HR operations, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle, from employment & onboarding to exiting Act as first point of contact for employment aspects Own and drive the monthly payroll process; prepare monthly information for the external payroll provider Provide the payroll input on monthly basis Update the HR system accordingly Manage benefits enrolments and changes Keep control over mandatory health checks & collaborate with Employees and 3rd party to get it done Propose and implement improvements (processes, forms, communication) Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure full HR compliance Support regional Talent Acquisition team with local recruiting tasks Work closely with the Eastern Europe HR Lead and the Europe HR team across region to share own best practices and to benefit from these of other countries Participate in HR projects, incl. implementation of new system, Social Fund implementation/support Qualifications >2 years of experience in an HR role admin role in Poland Preferred, but not required is HR experience in other Eastern European countries, Solid knowledge of Polish labour code and social regulations requirements Ability to communicate & collaborate effectively Accountable Happy to learn and look for solutions Proactive and hands-on attitude Well organized and able to prioritize within own scope Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken Valid work and residence permit for Poland is mandatory Additional Information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
