Description:

Utah Valley Pediatrics is currently hiring a Full-Time HR Generalist for our administration office in Provo, UT, to provide Human Resources support to a company with 350+ employees and physicians. This position works closely with the clinical managers and the administration team to ensure best practices for the company. In addition, the role will be responsible for but not limited to onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 1-3 years of Human Resources hands-on experience in functional areas noted above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, Paylocity preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
