    Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career within a global organization? World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic EMEA Human Resources Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain international experience while supporting our operations in The Netherlands and Poland.
    As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be based at our Oude Meer office while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. While proficiency in Polish HR practices and business Polish is a plus, we also welcome candidates with Dutch HR experience and basic Dutch language skills.

    Responsibilities
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic HR needs.
    • Facilitate New Hire Orientations and assist in employee onboarding, including background checks, document collection, and employment contract creation.
    • Manage employee data in core HR systems and liaise with external portals related to Medical Services (ARBO) and Labor Insurance Agency (UVW).
    • Support HR-related projects at both a regional and international level.
    • Organize and coordinate training programs, team events, and continuous learning workshops.
    • Oversee the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit interviews.
    • Track and coordinate employment contract extensions and changes.
    • Administer Family Leave requests, including parental, partner, and short-term care leave.
    • Promote and embody WWT’s Core Values and Corporate Goals.
