Job Description Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support attendance and leave management Help organize employee engagement activities Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries Prepare basic HR reports when required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR processes Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Additional Information What We Offer Friendly and supportive work environment Growth and learning opportunities Exposure to core HR functions
