SWOT Hospitality is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Zakynthos. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job advertising to onboarding of new employees. Facilitate the orientation and training programs for new staff to enhance their job skills. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable laws. Oversee performance evaluation processes and assist in employee development planning. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Implement and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace morale. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite. Understanding of labor laws and compliance.
