This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET (includes 1-hour unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours The HR Professional will partner closely with department heads to design and manage a comprehensive HR strategy. This role includes creating individualized employee plans, establishing career development opportunities, and supporting management in addressing personnel challenges. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.
