This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET (includes 1-hour unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours The HR Professional will partner closely with department heads to design and manage a comprehensive HR strategy. This role includes creating individualized employee plans, establishing career development opportunities, and supporting management in addressing personnel challenges. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace. Responsibilities Collaborate with department heads to design and implement HR programs tailored to each team Develop individual employee improvement plans and career development pathways Support department leads in resolving management and personnel issues Assist in building organizational infrastructure, including HR policies, compliance, and best practices Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives Partner with leadership to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused company culture Requirements Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or fast-growing organizations Strong expertise in HR program development, employee relations, and career development planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams Problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide and coach managers Knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and best practices ​ Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28672_JOB
