Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Global Reward Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing global benefits, compensation, and providing legal support to our business. You will work closely with the Global HR team and the Business management teams of Barco, ensuring that our reward strategies align with our organizational goals and values. You will be able to rely on a professional and competent team of Reward colleagues all over the world. You act with authority and respect for the internal regulations and external legislation, and manage your stakeholders accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Global Benefits Management: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive global benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our diverse workforce.
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute competitive compensation strategies that align with industry standards and support our business objectives.
  • Legal Support: Provide expert legal guidance on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring compliance with global regulations and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Global HR team and Business Units to understand their needs and deliver tailored reward solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a global team of reward professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Reporting Line: You will report into the Head of Global Reward. This position offers the exciting perspective to become the Head of the Center of Expertise (COE) Total Reward, as the current Head will be retiring in two years. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career and lead our global reward strategy.
