Reviews country HR processes and policies, and ensures these are compliant with local legislations. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters, ensuring actions are in compliance with HR policies and processes. Develops and delivers training for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts. Recognizes and reports trends to improve employees' and managers' direct access experience with HR sites, myHR sites, myHR services, and HR systems. Analyzes and redesigns shared services business processes, elicits and documents requirements, tests and validates technology solutions, and provides end-user support. Assists in the operation of managing a profitable HR global service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction, cost controls, setting and meeting objectives with high initiative for change. Evaluates processes, tasks, metrics, and analytics within HR global services. Works closely with HR systems and process integration teams to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow, and spearhead improvements to systems and user experience. Leads or supports country/regional/global projects and oversees and continuously improves employee onboarding and offboarding. Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
