Are you passionate about driving change and ensuring effective governance? We are looking for a dynamic Global P&C Demand Manager to lead our change/demand governance process and support the delivery of our People Strategy within our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Governance Leadership: Oversee the P&C Change Control Board, ensuring effective management of change initiatives.
  • Demand & Change Control: Manage end-to-end processes, act as SME, and coordinate P&C change documentation and impact assessments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior stakeholders, manage follow-up actions, and track implementation of changes.
  • Transparency & Communication: Build visibility of global P&C activities, ensuring they are understood, resourced, and planned empathetically

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in HR transformation and change demand governance
  • Proven background in HR
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse large sets of data
  • Experience working within an international matrix organisation
