Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Government Relations Administrator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the interface between our organization and government entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting various HR initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and government departments for HR-related matters
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for employee visas, work permits, and other government-mandated processes
  • Monitor changes in UAE labor laws and regulations, and update internal policies accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for government submissions
  • Maintain accurate records of all government interactions and ensure proper documentation is filed
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Provide guidance to employees on government-related HR processes and requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in HR or government relations, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and government processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with government entities in the UAE
  • Understanding of local business culture and etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
