We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 5,000 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). JOB PURPOSE
The Centre HR Head, DGFF GSC Bogotá oversees and directs all aspects of HR strategic and HR operational functions for the GSC center with over 350 employees, in alignment with the HR and organizational objectives and strategies. Collaborating closely with senior management, this role drives initiatives to optimize talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement efforts to foster a conducive work environment and facilitate organizational growth. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, while also spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices. Moreover, the Centre HR Head plays a pivotal role in talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning to support the center’s operational excellence and strategic objectives. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking are essential attributes for success in this influential leadership position.
