Description
Title: HR Head - Project Site KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a HR Head to support of the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The HR Head will develop and implement staffing strategies, talent planning, diversity, compensation management and delivery. This role will report to the Contract Site Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and implement learning plans, retention strategies, performance management, and workforce planning Increase associate satisfaction and engagement for project team Work closely with KBR’s HR to develop effective HR policies for the project Plan, develop, and implement strategy for HR management and development including: Recruitment and selection Policy and practice Discipline Grievance Counselling Pay and conditions Contracts Training and development Succession planning Moral and motivation Performance appraisal Quality management issues Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements Support evaluation of HR strategy and performance in collaboration with project maintenance team Plan and develop tools for employee performance appraisal, job evaluation, and development Plan and direct training for employees Work with other functional Heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development Ensure all Heads are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field 5 + years of experience in a HR roles Fluent in writing and reading English Proficient understanding of SAP Strong understanding of HR management Technical expertise in People management Organizational development Change management and process improvement Compensation and staffing Proven leadership within large organizations Must be able to resolve problems under pressure with mature judgement Ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment Belong.
