Make a real impact We’re looking for graduates or early-stage professionals to join our high-performing HR Managed Services team. The work is conducted in-person from the client's premises located in the center of Athens. Complete general HR administrative tasks Keep employee records up-to-date according to policy and legal requirements Maintain data in ERGANI system and in client’s database Monitor and verify daily attendance records (working hours, leaves, absences) Maintain and update the Time & Attendance system in line with company policies and legal requirements Collaborate with team leaders to resolve discrepancies or missing data Generate monthly control and statistical reports for the HR department, highlighting trends and key metrics Prepare and submit monthly reports for payroll processing Provide support to employees regarding timekeeping and leave-related inquiries Keep employee records up-to-date according to policy and legal requirements Acting as the point of contact for all employment and working time-related matters What you bring matters Degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering and/or other related disciplines Experience in HR Administrator role is preferred Independent user of English language Excellent use of MS Office tools Proven excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support employees with clarity and professionalism Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
