We’re seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team and support our growing operations. This role is key in attracting top security talent, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and enhancing employee engagement across the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required:
• Proven experience as a recruiter or HR specialist, preferably within the security, staffing, or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred:
• Experience recruiting for licensed security personnel or other regulated positions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-state HR compliance.
