This role is highly hands-on and will partner closely with site leadership to deliver day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and people processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both hourly and salaried employees and thrives in an on-site, visible HR role. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers at the site Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action Coach and advise managers on performance management, discipline, and policy application Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices Partner closely with site leadership to support business needs and workforce initiatives Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, documentation, and follow-ups Address payroll inquiries Qualifications Proven HR generalist experience in an on-site, operational environment (warehouse experience preferred) Strong background in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment policies Willingness to roll up sleeves and manage both strategic and tactical HR work Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism Why Join Us Ready to join our team?
