JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within the construction sector and the ability to oversee both strategic and operational HR functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the construction industry is a must.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and handling strategic HR matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Experience handling foreign worker matters and management payroll.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all HR-related matters, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Manage full-cycle payroll for management-level employees.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 junior HR staff, providing guidance and development support.
  • Ensure compliance with all MOM regulations and employment laws, particularly for foreign workforce management.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategies to support business growth.
  • Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and quota management for approximately 150 foreign workers.
  • Support HR needs for a growing team of 50+ office and operational staff.
