REQUIREMENTS:

  • HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing, eCommerce, or retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and admin systems.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and team building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive problem-solver.
  • Familiarity with HR software, Accounts Processes, Trello, and workflow management tools is a definite plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and locations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The HR Manager will be a key leadership position, responsible for all HR, payroll, compliance, recruitment, and staff development across both the UK and Ireland operations. This role is critical to driving company culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage payroll, holidays, and HR administration across the company.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish and UK employment laws, VAT regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop, update, and enforce SOPs across all departments in Systemhub.
  • Act as a point of contact for all staff queries and issues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement processes to improve workflow adherence (Trello, Systemhub, Linnworks).
  • Coordinate training and upskilling for department leads and staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs aligned with business growth.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a strong company culture.
