Job Purpose: To develop solutions that best fit business requirements, and act as a second line of support for all HR systems end-users to solve any system related issues. Also, provide support in conducting technical trainings for all HR systems, to ensure HR staff members are aligned with applications features. Description: 1.Gather business requirements and document technical Design/Architecture, to develop solutions that best fits the needs. 2.Develop solution framework/Specification in collaboration with HR Information System Manager, focused on exit/release criteria to support the end-user (HR employees) in accurately managing all HR related activities 3.Document test cases and tool design to ensure smooth deployment and sustain work processes. 4.Provide technical support, as a second line of support, to all HR System end-users to solve any system related issues in order to maintain the accepted levels of accuracy, consistency and service delivery. 5.Deploy the confirmed test scenarios on the production environment to be enabled on the relevant system and ensure effectiveness of solutions. 6.Support the HR Information System manager managing HR projects technical aspects related to concerned applications and report any risks that may affect project deliverables to maintain a sustainable work environment 7.Work closely with vendors during updates, upgrades and certifications to maintain outstanding performance standards for all HR supported applications. 8.Provide status report for all processes on the HR system (e.g. Vacations, Performance Management, Overtime, and all self-service processes), to ensure providing the requesting HR department with the relevant reports. 9.Support the HR Information System in the technical training of all HR related applications to ensure that all HR members are fully aligned with the applications features to better utilize application and ensure having effective and efficient work environment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science is required 2 - 4 years of experience in the Information Services Industry Technical Knowledge beyond one programming language and database Knowledge of the principles of system design and database concepts Skills Very good command of the English & Arabic languages Presentation and communication skills Team Working Skills Writing, Reporting & Analysis Skills Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
