THE ROLE:

We are hiring an HR Integration & Change Senior Manager. This impactful role will lead organisational change and HR integration efforts following a large-scale merger, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and connected employee journeys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead enterprise-wide change management and HR integration initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for change aligned with transformation goals.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to ensure integrated HR and BAU plans.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insight on programme performance, risks, and challenges.
• Support change implementation across teams, engaging internal communications and cultural engagement teams.
• Drive alignment of HR initiatives such as leadership transitions, systems migration, consultation planning, and more.
• Champion a consistent change methodology, toolkit, and communications approach.
