You'll receive hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, and exposure to various HR functions beyond just recruiting. What You'll Do: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment activities, including posting job openings on internal and external platforms. Screen resumes and applications for entry-level positions. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating first-day logistics. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth interview process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems. Perform new hire onboarding activities and program Who You Are: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management Can render at least 500 hours Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
