We are looking for an HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role will give you hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll support, and employee engagement activities. You will work closely with the team to learn and support daily HR tasks. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding and offboarding (prepare documents, collect employee information). Help update and maintain employee records in the HR system (HiBob). Assist with attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll preparation. Prepare simple HR reports and support data entry/clean-up. Help organize HR events and activities (health check-up, company trip, team events). Provide general admin support to the HR team. Requirements University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Strong interest in HR and people operations. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google tools). Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
